Elizabeth Yarnell has a mission to improve lives simply by changing the way we think about food. Inspired by a 1999 diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, she is an award-winning author, patented inventor, educational entrepreneur, and board-certified naturopath obsessed with the connection between what we eat and how we feel. She shares research from the “Fight MS with Food” project on her healthy eating and natural lifestyle blog, “Effortless Eating”. Her TEDx talk, titled: “Poisons in Our Everyday Foods,” raises awareness of the dangers in our food supply, and her breakthrough cookbook, Glorious One-Pot Meals: A Revolutionary New Quick and Healthy Approach to Dutch Oven Cooking, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2019 with more than 60,000 copies sold. Dr. Yarnell runs a nationwide food sensitivities and dietary therapy clinic and speaks about leadership and how it can be influenced by our health, diet, autoimmunity, and inflammation.
