Did you know that there are hundreds of mindfulness exercises that can help you go from stress to success within minutes?
Here’s one of the go-to mindfulness techniques that I use when I get overwhelmed and overly tired. It’s called the 3 Breath Technique. This can help you redirect your attention from the feeling badly to feeling better in minutes!
1. Take a slow deep breath, hold it for a couple of seconds, and then exhale slowly.
2. Repeat this breathing exercise until you feel better.
That’s all there is to this powerful mindfulness technique.
