    Stress Boot Camp is here! Wednesday is one of my favorite days of the week because its my networking day. That means I get to go to business networking meetings in my area, connect with fellow business owners, and explore how we can serve each other. Well, today in my meetings the overarching theme I heard can be boiled down to 3 words “I’m so stressed.” And yes, the holidays, the end of the year - they seem to have this magical ability to compress time, making us feel like we have less of it while having more that needs to get done. The result? Stress! And here’s the thing. As I'm listening, I know I can help. But… I can’t help everyone.
