Cynthia Besson

Childhood & Family Obesity, Coaching Certification Program
Bio

Cynthia Besson is the Founder of Leaner, Healthier Today (LHT) and Author of the Leaner Healthier Teen book and 6 week program. With over 30 years’ experience in health, fitness and motivational sciences, she’s worked with all the weight loss giants including Nutri System, L.A Weight Loss, Linda Evans Fitness & Healthy Inspirations, becoming a weight loss and fitness expert. Her teen program (originally founded in 2006,) was born out of sheer frustration of the lack of programs available for overweight youth throughout the world. With her revolutionary concepts in the areas of emotional eating, values clarification and positive self -image techniques, her clients (both adults and teens) have achieved unprecedented success. Her passion in this area has made her a sought after speaker and trainer. Her passion for health comes from the loss of her my mother and youngest sister to diabetes ( both only 38 years young) and so it has become her life mission to help cure diabetes and end childhood obesity. My goal in 2017 is to certify 1000 coaches to go out and facilitate the LHT program in their communities!
