I am writing a new endurance sports book called You Can Do This! Optimal Performance Strategies for the Endurance Athlete: A Comprehensive Guide for Coaches & Athletes in Cycling, Running, and Triathlon. It is designed to help all levels of athletes learn how to train for specific races, and understand all of the physical and mental requirements for optimal performance. I teach my readers the critical importance of recovery, mental training, and fueling, along with standard training plans for every racing distance. I explain every aspect of planning, preparing, and executing a successful racing season. The writing will conclude in 2017, with a 2018 Publishing date. Stay tuned, this is going to be more comprehensive and cover every level of athlete and coach for these endurance sports. Once a pre-order date is established, I’ll be sure to pass it on. Let your coaches, athletes, teammates, spouses/partners, and friends know. It’ll be a gift that will stand the test of time in your professional reference library for everything training and competing at every distance in cycling, running, and triathlon. For our terms, triathlon will include duathletes, aqua-bike athletes, and other multi-sport athletes including training for Spartan-style races…etc.
