Together we will focus on all areas of your life and how all parts of it affect your wellness as a whole. We will connect the dots between who you are and who you strive to be, create your personal blueprint, address your body's unique needs, set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change and transformation. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship, as well as career and money. I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
