Acknowledging and expressing our emotional state in a healthy, productive manner despite our challenges, disappointments and frustration is the heart of emotional wellness. The ability to understand and accept our feelings and limitations. The ability to deal with change, cope with stress, challenge, and fear – as well as love, joy, and harmony – in an appropriate and healthy way.

Hi , I am the Founder / Owner & Admin of my Facebook page -My World- here is the link : www.facebook.com/pages/-My-World/551232861584658 . I am passionate about - Mental Health / Mental Illness / & Mental Wellness , partly because I was diagnosed several years ago with Severe Major Depressive Disorder, OCD , Severe Anxiety & Bipolar Disorder ,and I feel there is so much more to living with and succeeding with a Mental illness than just medicine . I started my page because I didn't want anyone to feel alone or misunderstood , I didn't want anyone to feel lost unaccepted , and alone. My page has done so much for me , and many others ( from what many of my members have said ) . I am not certified , or licensed in treating any Mental conditions . But I promote acceptance and wellness , I also am always available to listen --and I sincerely really do care . I will always suggest professional help , and if someone is suicidal I will always suggest their nearest Emergency room .....but in the moment will tell them to value their life , and that these feelings typically leave . Everything that I do on my page comes from my own personal experience , hoping to help others not feel or go through what I did . I also promote acceptance of oneself , and their diagnosis. ..because accepting it is really half the battle. Thank you ~ Jeff
