Give Full Attention in the Present Moment 

As we end this year, I suggest that you use this time as an opportunity to re-release the past. Take notice of what you are holding onto and living with the power of awareness pay attention to what you are thinking and feeling. Are these feelings from the here and now, or old feelings from the past?

All the experiences, challenges, and perceived mistakes of the past have offered wisdom and opportunity for self-growth. Apply that knowledge from your past and notice when it clouds or consumes the present. In other words, give yourself the chance to greet the present with expansive open-mindedness. Every day is a new beginning if we allow ourselves to see through that lens.
